Interested in becoming a Vendor at the Cape Canaveral Friday Fest?

General Info:

  • Pre-approval required to avoid duplication of brands, menu items or services
  • Hours of event: 6:00 - 10:00 PM
  • Set up: 3:00 - 5:00 PM
    • Vendors must be in place and have vehicles moved by 5:00 PM
  • Average attendance: 200 - 400 visitors and residents
  • Booth Fees: 
    • Retail Vendor: $30.00 + tax 
    • Food Vendor: $50.00 + tax
    • Non-Profit (with 501c3 documentation): $15.00
    • Late Payment Fee: $10.00 + tax

Late fee will be applied to any booth payments made the day of the event.
