Canaveral Fire Rescue FREE Vaccine Distribution Information
Canaveral Fire Rescue will be administering a limited number of COVID-19 vaccines to eligible Florida residents at drive-thru appointments. There is no charge for this service. Please note: due to availability fluctuations, appointments may have to be rescheduled
  • To be added to the appointment waiting list, please call (321) 868-1204
    • Please leave your name and phone number. Your name will automatically be added to a waiting list for an appointment on a first come first serve basis, please do not call multiple times.
    • When a timeslot becomes available, a representative will contact you to book your appointment.
    • Please note that due to limited number of vaccines, being added to this waiting list is not a guarantee you will receive a vaccine.
    • Please continue to exhaust all other options to secure the vaccine for yourself.
    • If you have already left your name and phone number for the Wait List you are ON the list. Once we have secured doses of the vaccine, we will call you to schedule a date and time to administer your vaccine. 
  • Proof of Florida Residency is required.
    • All clients must provide identification
    • Individuals with an out-of-state ID should also provide proof of residency or semi-permanent residency (examples: utility bill, property tax receipt, lease agreement for Florida property, etc.)
  • The following populations of Florida Residents are currently eligible to schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine from Canaveral Fire Rescue:
    • NEW: Effective Monday, April 5, 2021 all Florida residents shall be eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration. The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for persons 16 and up. The Moderna and Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) vaccines are authorized for persons age 18 and up.
